Responsibilities
- Preparation of data collection for sustainability reporting (not-financial reporting according to the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive CSRD).
- Support materiality analysis.
- Preparation of the annual sustainability report according to CSRD (ESRS standards).
- Ensuring the collection of environmental data (E) (especially from our HOPPECKE production entities) for CSRD reporting.
- Ensuring the collection of social data (S) for CSRD reporting.
- Ensuring the collection of governance data (G) for CSRD reporting.
- Support in the implementation of the EU taxonomy.
- Data collection for the CO2 footprint calculation for the HOPPECKE Group.
- Answering customer inquiries around sustainability and environment.
- If necessary, support in reporting obligations in energy management.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree with a technical focus (ideally in the field of sustainability and/or management or related).
- Understanding of general reporting requirements (especially in the field of environment and/or sustainability).
- PC and IT experience (MS Office mandatory).
- Knowledge of legal principles as well as the ability to interpret legal frameworks and put them into practice.
- Interest in sustainability.
- Interest in familiarizing yourself with new legal topics and regulations.
- High level of communication skills and a business mindset.
- Ability to work in an international team.
- Structured way of working.
- English language skills (both spoken and in writing) on a business level.
- Additional second foreign language (e.g. German).
- Knowledge of the SAP environment.
