Sales Back Office Specialist

Responsibilities

Provide operational support to the sales team for industrial battery systems and energy storage solutions. -
Manage customer inquiries and process orders for tailored energy storage solutions, including batteries, charging systems, and service contracts. -
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Customer Service Team, production and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of customized solutions. -
Prepare and follow up on offers, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements. -
Maintain and update customer data in the ERP/CRM system with a focus on accuracy and reliability. -
Act as a key point of contact for customer complaints, finding effective solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction. -
Generate sales reports and market analyses to support the strategic direction of the sales team.
Requirements

Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk or a technical qualification with a strong commercial focus. -
Experience in sales support, preferably within the industrial or energy sector, is an advantage. -
Familiarity with energy storage solutions, battery systems, or renewable energy technologies is desirable. -
Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and attention to detail. -
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP is a plus. -
Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage.
