In connection with the dynamic development of our organization, we are looking for employee for the position:
Product Engineer (Inżynier produktu)
(Place of work: Śródka)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for interpreting specification requirements and transforming them into product specifications.
- Provide technical support for different projects, dimension and formalize the product before industrialization.
- Lead the DFMEA, cooperate with the realization of prototypes and operational execution activities.
- Monitor and make changes after functionality tests.
- Control the product design freezing process.
- Manage product specifications and any changes.
- Perform 3D modeling of the product and/or manage the external Design Engineering activity, execute 2D drawings.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Edge) for product design and development.
- Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, SPC, A3, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with product testing and validation.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional teams.
- Powerful problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot design and production issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and documentation.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Skilled to work on several projects in parallel.
- Good understanding of EHS and Quality program (ISO).
- Flexible to travel to suppliers as required of the job.
- Fluent speaking and writing English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in product design, development, or engineering roles.
