In connection with the dynamic development of our organization, we are looking for employee for the position:
Industrialization Engineer (Inżynier ds. wdrożeń)

Responsibilities
- Implementation of all new and/or changes of products new products to be introduced in context of New Product launching:
- under inputs from R&D and Product Construction, and Process, Quality and Production, the Industrialization Engineer will take responsibility and coordinate the industrialization in factory level, based on APQP methodology, and share the results within the project team to define the way-forward.
- plan and execute new product industrialization activities to meet production targets (e.g., reduce scrap and waste, cycle times), ensuring compliance with HOPPECKE standards and safety regulations.
- hands on approach to product and process prototyping. - Participate or coordinate pilot runs to release processes and equipment for start of production and provide support during ramp-up.
- Perform or cooperate technical risk assessment by using methods like P-FMEA.
- Execute Feasibility Studies.
- Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles.
Requirements
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product testing and validation.
- Familiarity with FMEA, 8D, SPC, A3, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Powerful problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot design and production issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and documentation.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Skilled to work on several projects in parallel.
- Good understanding of EHS and Quality program (ISO).
- Fluent speaking and writing English.
- Good knowledge of MS and other software and good understanding of on-line share point and other data management system.
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in engineering role.
