In connection with the dynamic development of our organization, we are looking for employee for the position:
Customer Service Specialist / Key Account Specialist
Responsibilities

Independent order entry for customers located in the EU is part of your area of responsibility. -
You create invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, returns and used lead collections respectively monitor their automatic generation. -
You will be responsible for the management of both MTS and MTO-related finished goods inventories and their tracking (contact with logistics service providers, coordination of deliveries). -
You are responsible for tracking deadlines with customers and optimize relevant net working capital KPIs both in terms of inventory and overdue monitoring. -
You recognize process improvements and implement them together as a team. -
You are an active initiator of standardization and digitalization approaches to secure our growth in alignment with your supervisor. -
In your role, you will report to the Group Manager of CST Motive Power Germany / Europe, located in Germany.
Requirements

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. -
You have several years of experience in working with and supporting smaller teams in the customer service / sales back office environment. -
Very good user knowledge of the ERP system SAP R/3 or S/4 is desirable. -
You have several years of experience in customer order processing (Order-to-Cash Process). -
As a team player, you act and communicate convincingly, are team-orientated and able to work under pressure in due date driven environments. -
Goal-orientated and structured actions lead you and us to joint successes. -
You are characterized by a high level of commitment and a high degree of initiative. -
Fluency in written and spoken English rounds off your profile.
