Responsibilities
- Back – office for travelling Sales colleagues and our remote US team.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Monitoring of operational activities / KPI’s.
- Coordination and technical pre – clarification for processing of orders.
- Planning and organization support for customer events.
- Close cooperation with Headquarter Customer Service team as well as US remote team.
- Regular pre – qualification of incoming customer inquiries and preparation of quotes.
- Price calculation, technical advice, preparation of offers.
- Participation in the evaluation of inquiries.
- Coordination of certification according to international safety regulations for batteries and electronic devices.
- Processing and coordination of claims.
Requirements
Our technical requirements:
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
- Affinity for technical products.
- Several years of experience in internal sales in a technical environment.
- Experience in export logistics and customs clearance.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Independent, structured way of working and customer – oriented thinking.
- Personal initiative and flexibility paired with team orientation.
- Motivation and willingness to perform in an international team.
- Additional second foreign language like German.
- Knowledge of Sales Force.
